Our group created The Date, a horror film. It's about a girl and her friends who used a dating app, and one of the girls decided to go on a date with a stranger she met on the app. Let's just say the date did not go as planned.

The production process of this project has been very fun. I think we are all very satisfied with the end results. We used the resources to our advantage best we could while filming and editing. Filming was definitely easier than editing because we were able to get it done quickly. Editing took a lot more effort to give it that perfect finishing touch. I also think I found filming easier because I'm, not the best at editing and I find filming a lot more enjoyable.  Editing required a lot of skill because we had to add background noise, text, and put it all together smoothly. We tried to make it as professional-looking as possible. We made sure to rewatch it a lot of times so we could make sure we weren't missing anything or so we can catch any mistakes. We also made sure we followed the rubric exactly how we're supposed to. Once we completely finished we had to make sure we could upload it to youtube with no copyright issues and finally we had to embed it into our blo

This project's development process has been a lot of fun. I believe we are all pleased with the end result. While filming and editing, we made the most of the tools available to us. Since we were able to get it finished easily, filming was certainly simpler than editing. To give it the perfect finishing touch, editing took a lot more time and effort. I also believe that filming was better for me because I'm not very good at editing and considering filming to be a lot more fun. We had to add background noise, text, and bring it all together smoothly, so editing took a lot of skill. We attempted to make it appear as professional as possible. We made sure to replay it several times to make sure we weren't missing something or to spot any mistakes. We also double-checked that we followed the rubric to the letter. After we were finished, we had to make sure we could upload it to YouTube without violating any copyright laws, and then we had to insert it into our blog.

Once we finished our filming we had to make sure we had everything we needed before we started editing. None of us really had too much experience with editing videos so we were going to all work together. Once we made sure we had all the film we needed we transferred it to the computer. Since we had all edited a video before, the editing process for our video was a little simpler for us. Although it wasn't easy to do as a collective because it's more of a one-person task, we all contributed. Since we had a plan from the start, putting the clips together was easy. This also gave us a visual illustration of how our video will turn out. We didn't want to use too many editing effects to make it look real so we kept it simple.  Before we began editing, we had to double-check that we had everything we needed after we finished shooting. We didn't have much video editing experience, so we decided to collaborate. We moved the film to the machine after making sure we had everything we wanted. Since we had all already edited a film, the editing process for ours was a little easier. We all helped, even though it wasn't easy to do as a group because it's more of a one-person job. Putting the clips together was simple because we had a strategy from the beginning. This also provided us with a visual representation of how our video will look. To make it look realistic, we didn't want to use too many editing effects, so we kept it basic. Which are typically more cinematic in nature, with fast transitions. We decided to edit it with iMovie, which was simple because we had all used it before. All we had to do was import all of the clips from one of our iPhones, put them in the proper order, and the video s
